In the night Chloe was arranging books
in the cupboard, because he had just moved to Seoul for stay with her parents, because
previously Chloe had to go to school in London. When Chloe was taking a book
from the box which was moved to the closet, suddenly a book was fell and there
were a paper and a photograph. Chloe took it. It appeared a paper contains a
message from Mark before Chloe went to London five years ago. But Chloe didn’t
read it, he put it on the bed and he completed the books in the cupboard. When
Chloe done, she relaxed on the balcony of his room with a cup of green tea and playing
a songs from Basil Valdes - You "It's your smile, your face, your lips
that I miss.... Those sweet little eyes that stare at me and make me say I'm
with you through all the way......”
"Chloe, keep spirit! Don’t forget
to always keep your health and take care of yourself. Me, Mark, will always
pray for you. Keep this photo, Chloe. I'm waiting for you back to Seoul five
years again in the summer. Mark +82 2-743-2xx "
She was very surprised. Mark was Chloe’s
boyfriend in senior high school in Seoul, but they broke up because Mark
continued his studies in Canada and Chloe in London. Chloe was a daughter of Korean
father and his mother was a British and Mark was a son of Canadian father and
his mom was a Korean. In 5 years, Chloe and Mark haven’t communicated each
other. When Chloe read the message from Mark, she was instantly reminded of
memories when they were in high school. Chloe immediately called the number that
Mark left in the paper, but that number couldn’t be reached. Chloe also didn’t
know the address of Mark's house. For the last time they met, Mark said that he
had moved to a new home and Chloe didn’t have time to ask.
Day after day passed, and Chloe had a vacation
to Jeju Island in this summer. Chloe was lonely and planed to met his old
friend who lived there. When Chloe arrived at Jeju Island she immediately went
to the beach to relax her mind. After she went to the beach, Chloe returned to
the hotel for resting. The next morning she had planed to meet his old friend
by relying on the address only. With confidence Chloe down the road on the Jeju
island. Chloe lost and seek for help. Chloe seeking help to return to the hotel,
until the sky darkened slowly but help didn’t come. Chloe sat at a bus stop but
none of the bus passed. Apperantly Mark was vacationing on the Jeju Island too.
At night, Mark was walking around with a car and he found a woman sitting at
the bus stop with tired face in the late evening, he decided for approach her.
Apparently after Mark approached the woman, it was Chloe. They were surprised.
"Chloe ???!!! Why are you here?"
Asked Mark.
"Mark ???!!! I'm lost. Yo..oou why
be here, too?" Chloe asked with surprised.
"I'm on summer vacation. When you
came back, Chloe? Let me bring you off at the hotel." Invited Mark to
Chloe while opened the door.
"When are you come back? Longtime
no see. I'm so glad to meet you, Chloe." Asked Mark again.
"I came back a month ago. I've read
your message that you insert in the book without me knowing it." Clearly Chloe.
"Ohh.. you've read? Oh my God."
Mark suddenly nervous.
They
arrived at the hotel. And when Chloe wanted to turn in, suddenly Mark hold
Chloe.
"Chloe, about the message. My
feelings are still the same as when I wrote it. Even when I was in Canada, I
always and still thinking of you. How about you, Chloe? Would you be mine,
again?" Asked Mark with emotion.
"I'm sorry for the pass. But the
truth is nothing has changed. I still love you, I want us like we used too."
Chloe replied tearfully.
Mark hugged Chloe, tightly and said in
his heart.
“Now, I believed that love will lead you back to
my arms.”
